Bio At Somatic Psychotherapies, I offer Professional Clinical Supervision, Counselling & Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy for individuals including children/youth, couples, families & groups. Sessions are available on weekdays & weekends through convenient online video or voice calls across Australia, New Zealand & Worldwide.

I work primarily from a Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) approach using a conversational style listening patiently to you, always with empathy, genuineness & without judgement. I can also teach a range of skills to support effective emotional regulation & communication as needed.
