Bio I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 9 years’ counselling experience, supporting adolescents and adults to improve their mental health and wellbeing. My background includes extensive work in addictions counselling, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding complex mental health needs and the impact of trauma.
My therapeutic approach draws on EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed practices. I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing:
